First thing that would come to my mind is googling Grand Theft Auto music/soundtracks. I've done it before for games, usually they'll be a site listing all the tracks.

Limewire? I'm sure you'll catch things there.

There's a fair few torrents that people have put up of all the radio stations. It's pretty cool

You can just take the music files from the disc. They also sold a CD with the various tracks on it.

Google a bit
You can download a program that can convert the radio files into WMA or MP3 format. (You need to own the game tho ... )
Otherwise, download some torrents or download them with Limewiren as stated before.

Good luck.

I'm a bit late getting to this.......don't recommend bumping ventari posts first thing in the morning when am's look like pm's.

Like Deadly Panda said......back in the day, I got an extraction tool from the tools/downloads section of whatever the main GTA forum is. I extraded most of the Vice City stations to wma, burned them on a CD. Every once in a while I take one to work, put it in the stereo, and see at what point my coworkers figure out it's not the radio. It's pretty hilarious when they get the confused look and I keep a straight face.
